Marinescu comes back for his fourth season as a Rook. “Tibi” played on scholarship for four years at the University of San Francisco in Division I college soccer. He hails from Romania where he grew up and played for two teams in Romania’s Third Division. He is a tough, physical player who combines great touch with explosive quickness at the forward position.
