Luis comes back to the Rooks after a four-year layoff. He is the Rooks all-time leading scorer, was the D-III MVP in 1998 and 1999, and has extensive international experience. He played for the Nicaraguan National Team, with Club Victoria in Honduras, and played indoor soccer for the Sacramento Knights. He has that special ability to put the ball away, scoring 79 goals in 3 years for the Rooks.
