ENLOE MEDICAL CENTER, STAFF AND PHYSICIANS AND SIERRA NEVADA BREWERY TEAM UP WITH ROOKS IN 2006

The Chico Rooks are proud to announce Enloe Medical Center, Staff and Physicians and Sierra Nevada Brewery as their 2005 Uniform Sponsors.  The Rooks home and away uniforms will display the Enloe Medical Center, Staff and Physicians logo on the front of their jerseys and the Sierra Nevada logo on their shorts.  This unique soccer tradition closely identifies the sponsor with both the team and the community.

Enloe Medical Center, Physicians and Staff have been serving North Valley residents for over 100 years and community involvement has always been a priority.  The Chico Rooks, Enloe Medical Center, and Enloe Physicians and Staff partnership will also focus on encouraging local youth to live a healthier life through the Rooks Healthy Life Challenge Program.  The innovative program will consist of elementary school presentations throughout the North Valley in which the importance of living a healthy lifestyle by getting regular exercise, eating the proper foods and not using tobacco or alcohol is emphasized. North Valley students that commit to taking the ‘Rooks Healthy Life Challenge’ will be rewarded with free admission to any Rooks home game.

Sierra Nevada Brewery, a nationally recognized innovator and leader in the North Valley, has generously supported the Rooks since 1993 as well as numerous other local organization.
